how to get the error DecryptGamePacket how to fix plz help!!

did everything but still not out T.T wanted so much to have my server but it is very difficult. when I can get the error appears +2 help.

Function does not take number parameters
The function is called with an incorrect number of parameters.

but you can tell me how I fix please? and please give me an example? I am not able to understand this error. I'm kinda desperate for someone to help me!
